Matthew Richichi
Founder and President

Matthew Richichi has been a pioneer in video technology for the legal industry. Always embracing cutting-edge technology, Matthew has introduced several new ways of capturing, editing, storing, and retrieving video depositions which later have become industry standards.

A native of Long Island, New York, his early business career included eight years with Lintas Advertising in New York City, where he served as in-house editor for multiple creative teams servicing accounts including Diet Coke, Chevy, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, and others. In 1993, Richichi moved to San Francisco and joined Legal Video Services (Oakland, CA) as a senior videographer. He has completed video depositions throughout the U.S. and in other countries, and worked on high-profile cases including tobacco litigation, Microsoft antitrust, and the Exxon Valdez tanker spill.

Richichi began his own legal video services company, Legal Digitial Technologies, in 1997. Throughout the ensuing 10+ years, the company has grown steadily, and Richichi has been at the forefront of embracing and using new technology for visual discovery. In early 2008, Richichi led the company's name change to Legal Data Solutions.

Lynne Richichi
Director of Marketing and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Lynne Richichi leads the company's marketing efforts and oversees all financial matters, including billing, payroll, and financial reports.

Ms. Richichi's previous experience includes sales and marketing of computer hardware and software; leading speech and presentation skills workshops in Japan; and as manager of a private foreign language school in San Francisco. She graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Science.
